Tony Capaldi Fails To Impress Crystal Palace Fans

July 12th 2007:

Following the signing of Tony Capaldi by Crystal Palace, their fans appear to be less than impressed by manager Neil Warnock’s decision.

Many supporters of the Eagles have expressed their disappointment in the signing on the clubs official website.

The general coconscious is that Tony Capaldi has been over valued by the club and will not offer the team anything that the current players can already do.

When questioned about the reasons behind the sale, Cardiff manager Jonathan Walker commented “I had a look at Tony in training and felt that he wasn’t up to the standard that I require from my full backs. He may have been unsettled by the change of manager, which could have affected his performance, but I do wish him the best in the future”.
