Trevor Sinclair Out For Three Weeks

August 11th 2007:

Cardiff City winger Trevor Sinclair will be unavailable for selection for around three weeks after suffering a damaged foot in his side’s 2-0 victory against Preston North End.
Sinclair, who had started the game lasted for just over an hour when he was forced to leave the field and was replaced by Gabriel Torje.

This injury news comes as a further blow to Cardiff as they are already without striker Jimmy Ffloyd Hasselbaink and midfield player Riccy Scimeca.

There is currently only one other right winger on the books at Ninian Park, that being the largely untested 17 year old Romanian Gabriel Torje.

The Bluebirds will hope that Sinclair can make a speedy recovery after impressive pre season displays from the former England wideman.
